Nature Baby at Babywearing Wellington’s 4th Annual Slingwalk

All this week we are profiling the wonderful supporters of our set-to-be-fabulous Slingwalk that takes place this Sunday.

The first 50 families that register on the day receive the mac-daddy of goodie bags, filled to the brim with products, vouchers and surprise from fabulous companies that support the joy of babywearing.

And there are some fabulous spot prizes too.

Nature Baby have donated a BEAUTIFUL organic cotton ring sling – made out of a gorgeous red dotty fabric. For one lucky Slingwalker, it will be theirs!

The Nature Baby Organic Ring Sling:

A versatile and adjustable baby sling for carrying your baby or toddler comfortably, made from 100% pure organic cotton.

This sling allows you to carry your baby from birth in a way that allows for easy breast feeding and which naturally supports you rbaby, without putting pressure on the developing infant spine and hips. The sling may be worn on three different positions, diagonal cradle, tummy to tummy and on the hip.

The soft yet durable cotton sling is worn across the body and held in place with two smooth lightweight aluminium rings which have been specially strength tested. ‘Ring’ slings have the added bonus of greater adjustability – by just pulling on the tail of the fabric you can achieve a really nice upright tummy to tummy carry where baby is worn high and snug. Padding at the shoulder ensures maximum comfort for the wearer.

This is a very traditional style of baby carrier used for generations by many cultures and a style that many modern parents find practical and comforting.

Thanks Nature Baby!
